2. Registration Information

The conference registration fee includes attendance at all HiPC 2008 workshops and tutorials and the technical sessions on December 18, 19, and 20. Full registrants receive a hard copy book with pocketed CD-ROM of HiPC 2008 proceedings published by Springer-Verlag. Student registrants receive a CD-ROM version of the proceedings. All registrations include breakfast, lunch and refreshments on all four days, the conference banquet, and a cultural event.

Note the following deadlines:

• One author of an accepted paper must register by 18 August to allow paper to be included in the proceedings.

• Advance registration fees apply until 16 November. After that date, Regular fees apply.

• Written requests for refunds addressed to the appropriate Finance Co-chair must be received no later than December 1st.

Excess Page Charges

If your paper is accepted for the HiPC conference, you may buy up to two (2) additional pages in the proceedings for your paper at a cost of USD100/ INR4000 per page. Please note that these charges are in addition to conference registration. This payment is due by August 18th.
