The HiPC 2008 meeting and social events will be held at the Taj Residency Hotel in Bangalore. A block of rooms for HiPC attendees at special rates have been arranged for accommodations at both the Taj Residency and the nearby Gateway Hotel for the period December 16th to December 22nd. The special rates will be available until November 16th but cannot be guaranteed after that date. |

Rooms will be confirmed by a charge on an approved credit card for one night. Cash payment may be made in person. Ensure that the credit card used will not expire before end of stay. Non-India registrants should check that card is authorized for international payment.
Cancellation after November 16th but before December 1st will result in a one-night charge. Any cancellation after December 1st will result in a 100% charge of all the reserved room nights plus applicable tax. Any early departure –checkout before the date specified in the reservation– will result in retention of charges for the remaining nights, including applicable taxes. |
